Mission: light, air and space
Dutch Roof Design is a Dutch agency focused on utilizing daylight, fresh air, and comfortable roof access. We believe that designs with abundant daylight and outdoor space enhance living comfort and enjoyment. To achieve our mission, we've developed a range of architectural skylights and roof hatches. We produce many custom-made products, but also supply affordable standard sizes from stock. We are also a dealer for Glazing Vision and several other specialized skylight manufacturers.

Minimalist & innovative. Dutch Roof Design aims to connect the indoors with the outdoors. We believe that designs with abundant daylight and outdoor space enhance living comfort and enjoyment. We make this possible with our minimalist skylights and roof hatches in wonderfully large sizes, available from stock, and we can also customize any product to your design.
Architectural skylights are used to let in as much daylight as possible. Minimal visible framework on the outside and even invisible on the inside. This solution is not only beautiful but also very practical. It prevents dirt from accumulating and obstructing the view outside.

By using plenty of daylight, you can save electricity, and fresh air reduces air conditioning use. Good insulation means lower heating costs. - Green living
The spacious roof accesses allow for more efficient use of space, thus adding living space. People are more likely to use a roof garden if it's easily accessible. Roof gardens/green roofs reduce urban heat stress.
Advice, production and installation
The Dutch Roof Design team consists of designers, consultants, and installers. We have been active in the European roofing market since 2005. Our team uses our specialized glass expertise to advise architects during the specification phase. We are constantly developing new architectural glass products, and we can also install our entire product line for you.
About Dutch Roof Design
The Dutch Roof Design team is experienced in incorporating daylight and roof access. We were the founder of Dakterras.nl (since 2005) and are the exclusive importer of Glazing Vision (since 2012). The projects we've worked on have won several architectural awards, including the BNA Best Building of the Year and the Dutch Daylight Award. We have completed projects in virtually every European country, collaborating with local architects and construction companies.
