Assembly of Rooflight or Skylight – do it yourself/have it done yourself

The Dutch Roof Design products can basically easily be installed by a contractor. The unique system is delivered completely with all installation accessories and manual and can be placed like a lid, as it were, across the prepared raised edges.

Do you want to make sure that everything is installed correctly without any further hassle? We have the solution. If you have the installation carried out by our certified installation team, you will get a 10 year warranty instead of the standard 2 year warranty that we offer on the products.

Getting certified as an installation team is not something that just happens. For this, our installers receive extensive training. During the training they study all the products. Insulation values, waterproofing, adjusting the equipment, you name it, everything is covered. In addition, they carry out various installations in practice. With all this experience, they look forward to installing a rooflight at your place.

Practical points

Rooflights and roof accesses are heavy. So a crane is needed, with a glass piston and sometimes a lifting frame. We can help you arrange the crane, but this is not always straightforward. Often a permit is needed and in some places like the old center of Amsterdam, procedures are costly and complex.
