Walk-on glass with ventilation is a question we get asked a lot. It's not easy, as walk-on glass is much heavier for motors to open. But with this product, we make many customers happy. This allows you to provide a basement with both daylight and fresh air, without sacrificing space on the patio. Naturally, it features insulated glass and is guaranteed waterproof.

Revolutionary walk-on ventilation window
Fresh air in your home yet optimally insulated with walk-on glass. Just like the fixed skylights, the walk-on ventilation windows have an architectural look. All drive systems are concealed within the frame, and no window frames are visible from the inside.
Supplied with high-quality glass. The argon-filled cavity provides even better insulation.
Opens electrically at the touch of a button. Closes automatically in the rain thanks to the built-in rain sensor.
Of course, it can also be opened optionally with a remote control or smartphone by connecting it to your home automation system.
Our walk-on ventilation windows were developed in collaboration with architects. Over the past 20 years, our architectural consultants have increasingly received requests for walk-on ventilation windows. They can be opened electrically for even greater ease of use.
Because the mechanisms are integrated into the frame, the electric walk-through ventilation window, like the fixed skylight, has a minimalist look. It also offers extra security.
Instead of fixed walk-on glass on the facade, it's also possible to use a ventilation window as a skylight. This allows more daylight into the lower floor while maintaining ventilation.
Because the walk-on ventilation window needs space to open, a small gutter of at least 12 centimeters is required between the upstand and the facade.
