Light on both sides of the roof
With the Ridgelight, you get daylight through both sides of your gable roof. The glass panels are connected at the ridge with a minimal silicone joint, allowing you to gaze at the stars at night.
This skylight is self-supporting so that nothing other than the sky is visible in the opening.
It's most cost-effective to design the ridge skylight so that it stays within the standard design. This means:
– a maximum width of 2m
– a maximum length per side of 3m
– a maximum surface area per side of 5.2 m2
– an angle of inclination of 10-50 degrees
Would you like a longer skylight in the ridge? That's also possible by dividing the side into multiple glass sections and connecting them with an aluminum T-profile. This profile can run flush above the existing beams in the ridge structure. Our architectural consultants are happy to discuss this with you.

This skylight is custom-made and installed in the ridge of the roof. The two glass sections are connected by a small silicone joint to maximize daylight penetration.
This skylight has the same high-quality qualities as the standard skylight: an architectural skylight, no visible framework and a high insulation value.
The skylight provides a Sky Only View because the frame is not visible from the inside. The skylight acts as a "lid" over the upstand, which is placed outside the opening.
