Since its market introduction we have further expanded the product line. This beautiful manual roof hatch is available from stock up to 2 meters, which is the ideal size for a manual roof hatch. Cheaper than an electric roof hatch but with the same beautiful appearance. Installation is very simple: the roof hatch closes like a lid over an upstand that you install on the roof.

Manual roof hatch
The manually operated roof hatch from Glazing Vision is available in two sizes: the XL is 1.1 x 2 meters (opening 90cm x 180cm) and the L is 1.1 x 1.5 meters (opening 90cm x 130cm). 1 x 2 is the most commonly used size because it aligns well with the stairwells of existing older buildings in the Netherlands. Access to the roof terrace is often created above the existing staircase. This makes the roof terrace a logical part of the home.
The opening mechanism is concealed within the roof hatch frame, eliminating any unsightly springs or extenders. When the roof hatch is closed, all you see is the sky.
