For most homes, the 1 by 2 meter XL electric roof hatch is perfectly suitable.
Even bigger? The XXL is a whopping 3 meters long.
We can manufacture this electric roof hatch to the exact dimensions required for your project. The maximum surface area is approximately 4 m². This depends on the length/width ratio. Both the Skydoor by Glazing Vision and the multipart roof hatch by Dutch Roof Design can be produced in ultra-large sizes. The Skydoor features a lid made of a single piece of glass. Due to the extra-strong motors required for this, the curb is 200 mm wide. With the multipart roof hatch, the lid is divided into multiple glass sections. This allows for a space-saving, narrower curb.
All electronics, opening mechanisms and power supplies are integrated into the roof hatch frame, leaving no visible frame or unsightly springs or expanders.
