To meet customer demand in the Dutch market, we offer two large sizes from stock.
For most homes, the 1 by 2 meter XL electric roof hatch is perfectly suitable.
Even bigger? The XXL is a whopping 3 meters long.
We can manufacture this electric roof hatch to the exact dimensions required for your project. The maximum surface area is almost 4m². This depends on the length/width ratio.
For example, 1000mm x 3950mm. Or, hinged on the short side, 1000mm x 1950mm.
Also nice: square up to 1595mm x 1595mm.
All electronics, opening mechanisms and power supplies are integrated into the roof hatch frame, leaving no visible frame or unsightly springs or expanders.
Weather resistance, waterproofness, wind resistance, insulation, high-quality powder coating.
Solar control glass? Remote control, rain sensor, home automation (smartphone control)? Choose the option that suits you.
We deliver the roof hatch as a complete product to the project address. All necessary materials and clear instructions are included in the installation kit. The silent motors open this beautiful electric roof hatch in less than a minute. Press the button at the bottom of the stairs, and by the time you reach the top, the roof hatch will be open.
